Tea for Two: The benefits of Green Tea and why you should be drinking it

Did you know that green tea is an antioxidant? Or that it aids in fat loss, has beneficial minerals in it, protects the brain from aging, lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease and helps combat bad breath? It really does.

In a recent article by Dr. Thomas Brewer , an expert in health, he spoke of the health benefits

green tea has. Green tea can actually be used to control athlete’s foot fungus, as well as other nail and skin fungus. And for all of us who have had issues with acne, it is a natural cleanser that will help lift the bacteria from your skin.

By simply drinking one cup per day, you can prevent and eliminate most bladder or urinary tract infections. Goodbye, tart cranberry juice. What is most interesting is that even though it gets rid of bacteria, it acts like a prebiotic in our digestive system!

So, be like the Queen of England. Drink tea daily, and be posh. Pinkies out!
