Motivation, breaking a sweat, and various strength training moves makes working out with Caterina so much fun and showing results. She is able to pack in a variety of sets with me in 25 minutes.

Did I say I break a sweat? Her method is using your body as resistance, which works me so much harder than just weight lifting. But most important of all is that Caterina is your cheerleader. With the extra boost of confidence, you will be pushing yourself further than you ever thought you could."

I started training with Caterina due to my very unusual schedule which only she could accommodate at the time. Caterina is, by far, the best trainer I've ever had. I'm not exactly the easiest person to train. But, she has been nothing short of fantastic. She is very patient, encouraging, and motivating. At the same time she is very understanding and knows what her clients need. She can push you to your maximum, making sure you don't injure yourself. She does this in a way that makes working out seem like fun rather than a strenuous chore. 
The best thing about Caterina, though, is that she is very understanding, and flexible too. She's more human than any other instructor I've ever had.
