Three Major Factors for Weight Loss


As we all know, exercise plays a big role in trying to shed pounds. But did you know that what you eat is even more important? 80% of weight loss has to do with what you are feeding your body, and 20% has to do with exercise. However, don't get all excited and think you don't have to exercise to lose weight. These two go hand in hand. Now I'll bet that a lot of you already knew this stuff. But, did you know that not only do we have to eat right and exercise a fair amount per week, we also have to get our sleep in. It is THE most important part of weight loss. Because without sleeping 7-9 hours a night, we aren't giving our bodies enough time to process what we did that day. Which in turn means, all that hard work with eating right an exercise means nothing if we aren't getting our shut eye. To say the least, it will make it a whole lot more difficult. So once again, the three most important factors for weight loss are... Exercise... Nutrition... and SLEEP! I'll be back to share more with you in a few weeks.
